Description
The course’s objective is to provide professionals with the tools necessary to evaluate, design and implement RFID technology.

What You Will Learn
• Building blocks of the RFID system: tags, interrogators, software and peripherals
• Understanding of RFID engineering physics, global standards and regulations
• RFID project and needs analysis; feasibility and assessment
• RFID process design and solution selection
• Designing and evaluating the RFID network

• Read distance, write distance, tag response time, and storage capacity
• Middleware considerations
• Conducting a site survey; analysis and tests (interference, physical environment, network analysis),
• Critical success factors
• Key elements of onsite inspections
• Best practices for installation
• Testing, optimizing system performance and troubleshooting.
• Configuration of interrogation zones; how to select tags and their optimum placement.
• Business processes reengineering (BPR), selection and evaluation of  technological scenarios

Prerequisites
1- Knowledge of Basic RF physics, Basic RFID terminology and Market awareness.
2- Two years RFID experience or Academia’s 2 day RFID 201 – Advanced Concepts PROfessional RFID Certification.
