We are looking for a Software Engineer. Working as part of a focused team you will be responsible for software development of PC and mobile device applications.
The role will suit a junior to intermediate developer. We are not looking for a permanent employee at this time , rather a part time or full time fixed term position is offered. Remuneration is expected to be commensurate with experience.Applicants must be currently resident in New Zealand.

Because our RFID products interface to handheld PDAs, Desktops and Phones the role has some latitude:

• You may have embedded firmware skills developing with simple RTOS on a microcontroller platform for our RFID products. Our firware is written in C.  OR

• You may have skills in firmware and software development for windows mobile (WinCE .NET CF) Our applications are written in C++ or C#

• We could also use you for desktop application development of the software suite we use to configure, control and interface with our embedded products. (also developed in C++ .NET environment). A good knowledge of web application development would also be helpful.

Software Developer - #005

We are looking for an Software Engineer to help speed up the development of new products that we want to take to market and our existing products.  This role is a full time permanent position. Applicants must be currently resident in New Zealand.

Your experience will include:

• Experience in embedded software development using programming languages such as C#, C, C++, Java
• Preferred experience with the TI MSP430 microcontroller family and writing software to interface with hardware devices.
• Wireless interfaces, such as Bluetooth, RFID and Wi-Fi.
